Return Policy

 

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

1. Return Period

 

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.​

 

2. Eligibility Criteria

 

To qualify for a return:

 

Condition: The product must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.​

Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all seals intact.​

 

3. Return Process

 

Before returning any item, please contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.​

 

4. Shipping Costs

 

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.​

 

5. Restocking Fee

 

If the returned item is received in a condition that is damaged, opened, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to impose a restocking fee of up to 25% of the item's purchase price. This fee will be deducted from your refund.​

 

6. Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.​
